चंद्रपूर (का.प्र.) : उदय ए. कावळे महानंद कोल लिमीटेड चे नविन सीएमडी बनले आहे. एमसीएलचे सध्या चिफ मॅनेजिंग डायरेक्टर (सीएमडी ) ओ.पी. सिंह हे ३१ ऑक्टोंबर २०२३ रोजी सेवानिवृत्त होत आहे. त्यानंतर १ नोव्हेंबर २०२३ ला नवनियुक्त सिएमडी उदय ए. कावळे हे पदभार सांभाळतील. सीएमडी पदाच्या शर्यतीत एमसीएल चे डीपी केशव राव, डब्ल्यूसीएल चे डीटी जयप्रकाश द्विवेदी, एमसीएल चे डीएफ अजीतकुमार बेहरा, सीएमपीडीआई चे निदेशक शंकर नागचारी, एनसीएल चे डीपी मनीषकुमार, एनसीएल चे डीएफ रजनीश नारायण, सेल चे ईडी प्रसन्नकुमार रथ आणि डॉक्टर अशोककुमार पांडा, एनटीपीसी चे जीएम नीरज जलोटा, इंडियन रेलवे अकाउंट सर्विस चे फायनेंशियल मार्गदर्शक विजयकुमार मिश्रा आणि इंडियन रेलवे स्टोर सर्विस चे सीजीएम नवीन कुमार सिंह यांचा समावेश होता. कार्मिक आणि प्रशिक्षण विभाग चे लोकउद्यम निवड बोर्ड (पीईएसबी) नी महानंद कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड एमसीएल च्या सीएमडी पदासाठी उदय ए. कावले यांच्या नावाची शिफारस केली. लोउद्यम निवड बोर्डाच्या नुकत्याच झालेल्या मुलाखतीचा निकाल दिला. सद्यस्थितीत उदय कावळे हे बीसीसीएल चे टेक्निकल निर्देशक (संचालन) या पदावर कार्यरत आहेत.

इंजि. उदय कावळे !चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील रहिवासी असलेले चंद्रपूर शहराचे भूमिपूत्र तसेच वेकोली वणी क्षेत्राचे मागील तीन वर्षापासून महाप्रबंधक पदाचा पदभार सुरळीत व यशस्वीपणे सांभाळलेले इंजि. उदय कावळे यांची कोल इंडियाच्या नवरत्नापैकी एक असलेल्या भारत कोल कुकिंग लिमिटेड मध्ये १२ ऑगस्ट २०२२ रोजी तांत्रिक निर्देशक पदी त्यांची करण्यात आली होती आता त्यांनामहानंद कोल लिमीटेड चे नविन सीएमडी या पदाची जबाबदारी देण्यात आली. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार एवढ्या मोठ्या व जबाबदार पदावर पदोन्नती मिळणारे ते महाराष्ट्रातील विदर्भातील एकमेव मराठी व्यक्ती आहेत. त्यांच्या कार्याची विशेष दखल घेऊन त्यांना देण्यात आलेल्या या पदोन्नतीबद्दल त्यांचे सर्वत्र अभिनंदन होत आहे . मुळचे चंद्रपूर येथील रहिवासी असलेले उदय कावळे यांनी मायनिंग मध्ये इंजिनिअरींग चे शिक्षण घेतले. व आपल्या कार्य-कर्तृत्वाच्या भरवशावर यश संपादन केले. त्यांच्या उत्कृष्ठ कार्यामुळे त्यांना विभागाने वेळोवेळी पदोन्नती दिली. ज्या पदापर्यंत आज ते पोहोचले आहेत, हे त्यांच्या कार्यकर्तृत्वाचे फळ आहे, चंद्रपूरच्या या भूमिपूत्राचे साप्ता. विदर्भ आठवडी तर्फे विशेष अभिनंदन !
Originally a resident of Chandrapur district, Bhumiputra of Chandrapur city as well as Vekoli forest area, who has held the post of general manager smoothly and successfully for the past three years. Uday Kawle was promoted to the post of Technical Director on 12 August 2022 in Bharat Coal Cooking Limited, one of the Navratnas of Coal India. According to information received, he is the only Marathi person from Vidarbha in Maharashtra to be promoted to a higher post like Technical Director of Bharat Coal Cooking Limited. It is unfortunate that no newspaper or media took notice of this promotion which was given to him in recognition of his work. Originally a resident of Chandrapur, Uday Kawle, who had his primary education in Chandrapur city, studied engineering in mining. And achieved success on the basis of his work-achievement. Due to his excellent work, he was promoted by the department from time to time. The position that he has reached today is the result of his work, this Bhoomiputra of Chandrapur. उदय कावळे हे मुळचे चंद्रपूर चे असुन त्यांनी चंद्रपूरात वेकोलीच्या अनेक पदावर जबाबदारी सांभाळली आहे. ते वणी परिसरात असतांना वेकोली कर्मचाऱ्यांचे व्यवस्थापन करत होते. कोविडच्या काळात घुग्घुस परिसरात तसेच त्याचवेळी त्यांनी अनेक गावकऱ्यांच्या उपचारासाठी राजीवरतन रुग्णालयात ५० खाटांचे कोविड सेंटर सुरू केले. त्याचवेळी संपूर्ण वेकोलीमध्ये कोळसा उत्पादनात वणी परिसर अव्वल राहिला आणि याशिवाय, त्यांनी जिल्ह्यात आपल्या कार्यकाळात अनेक प्रशंसनिय कार्ये केली आहे. त्यांच्या मृदु व नम्र स्वभावामुळे ते कामगारांसोबत स्थानिय नागरिकांना त्यांनी आपलेसे केले आहे. त्यांना मिळालेली पदोन्नती ही त्यांच्या कर्तबगारीमुळे मिळाली आहे. त्यांच्या या पदोन्नतीचे सर्वस्तरातुन अभिनंदन होत आहे. धनबाद येथील कोयला भवन येथे नुकताच बीसीसीएल कोल माईंस ऑफिसर्स असोसिएशनने एमसीएल चे नवनियुक्त सिएमडी पदी नियुक्ती झाल्याबद्दल उदय कावळे यांचा गुलदस्ता देऊन सत्कार केला.
उदय कावळे यांनी १९८७ साली नागपूर विद्यापीठातून खाण अभियांत्रिकी आणि त्यानंतर त्यांनी प्रथम श्रेणीचे खाण व्यवस्थापक प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त केले होतो. तसेच त्यांनी नागपूर विद्यापीठातून एमबीए आणि एलएलबीही संपादन केली आहे. ते वेस्टर्न कोलफिल्ड्स येथे १९८७ मध्ये कोल इंडिया लिमिटेडमध्ये सामील झाले, त्यापुर्वी त्यांनी डब्ल्यूसीएलमध्ये विविध पदांवर आपली सेवा दिली. सन २००७ मध्ये ते एसईसीएलमध्ये सामील झाले. सन २००७ मध्ये त्यांची एम - १ या पदावर पदोन्नती झाली आणि सन २०१२ मध्ये एसईसीएलमध्ये सामील झाले त्यानंतर त्यांना पुन्हा बढती मिळाली. व ते एम-२ बीसीसीएलमध्ये संचालक (तांत्रिक) म्हणून रुजू होण्यापूर्वी ते या संस्थेची जबाबदारी सांभाळत होते. वेकोली येथे वणी भागात क्षेत्र महाव्यवस्थापक म्हणून त्यांनी यशस्विरित्या जबाबदारी सांभाळली. वर्ष २०२२ मध्ये कावळे हे मायनिंग इन्डबाद (INDABA) मध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी दक्षिण आफ्रिकेत गेले होते. त्यांना अंडरग्राऊन्ड आणि ओपनकास्ट खाणकाम प्रदीर्घ अनुभव आहे. २२ ऑगस्ट २०२२ रोजी उदय कावळे यांनी भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमीटेड मध्ये संचालक (तांत्रिक) पदाचा कार्यभार स्विकारला होता. आता त्यांना महानंद कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड एमसीएल च्या सीएमडी पदाची जबाबदारी देण्यात आली आहे.

Chandrapur (K.P.): Uday A. Kawle has become the new CMD of Mahanand Coal Limited. Currently Chief Managing Director (CMD) of MCL is O.P. Singh is retiring on 31 October 2023. Then on November 1, 2023, newly appointed CMD Uday A. Crows will be in charge. In the race for the post of CMD are DP Keshav Rao of MCL, DT Jayaprakash Dwivedi of WCL, DF of MCL Ajit Kumar Behra, Director of CMPDI Shankar Nagchari, DP of NCL Manish Kumar, DF of NCL Rajnish Narayan, ED of SAIL Prasanna Kumar Rath and Dr Ashok Kumar Panda of NTPC. GM Neeraj Jalota, Indian Railway Account Service Financial Guide Vijaykumar Mishra and Indian Railway Store Service CGM Navin Kumar Singh were among those present. Department of Personnel and Training Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has appointed Uday A. for the post of CMD of Mahanand Coalfields Limited MCL. Kawle's name was recommended. Latest Result of Lowdyam Selection Board Interview. At present, Uday Kawle is working as Technical Director (Operation) of BCCL.
Uday Kawle is a native of Chandrapur and has held the responsibility of many posts of Vekoli in Chandrapur. While he was in Vani area, he was managing the Vekoli staff. At the same time, he started a 50-bed Covid center in Rajiv Ratan Hospital for the treatment of many villagers in the Ghugghus area during the Covid period. At the same time Vani locality remained top in coal production in the whole of Vekoli and besides, he has done many commendable works during his tenure in the district. Due to his gentle and humble nature, he has endeared himself to the workers as well as the local citizens. The promotion he got is due to his performance. His promotion is being congratulated from all levels. BCCL Coal Mines Officers Association recently felicitated Uday Kawle with a bouquet for his appointment as the newly appointed CMD of MCL at Koyla Bhawan, Dhanbad.
Uday Kawle graduated from Nagpur University in Mining Engineering in 1987 and later obtained First Class Mining Manager Certificate. He has also acquired MBA and LLB from Nagpur University. He joined Coal India Limited in 1987 at Western Coalfields, prior to which he served in various capacities at WCL. He joined SECL in 2007. He was promoted to the post of M-1 in 2007 and joined SECL in 2012 after which he was promoted again. And before he joined M-2 BCCL as Director (Technical), he was handling the organization. He successfully held the responsibility as Area General Manager in the Forest area at Vekoli. In the year 2022, Kawle went to South Africa to participate in Mining Indaba (INDABA). He has extensive experience in underground and opencast mining. On August 22, 2022, Uday Kawle took charge of the post of Director (Technical) in Bharat Coking Coal Limited. Now he has been given the responsibility of CMD of Mahanand Coalfields Limited MCL.
